Resetting Your Password

Resetting your password on Chefadora is a straightforward process. Follow these steps if you need to reset your password or if you’ve forgotten it.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Chefadora homepage in your web browser, or open the Chefadora app on your device.

  2. Click on the “Log In” button.

  3. On the login page, find and click on the “Forgot Password” link.

  4. Enter the email address associated with your Chefadora account.

  5. Click “Submit” to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to your email.

  6. Check your email for the OTP.

  7. Enter the OTP in the designated field on the Chefadora page to verify your account.

  8. Once your account is verified, you will be prompted to create a new password.

  9. Enter your new password, ensuring it is strong and secure.

  10. Confirm your new password by entering it again.

  11. Click “Reset Password” to finalise the process.

  12. You can now log in to your account using your new password.
