If you wish to delete your Chefadora account, you can do so by contacting our support team. Please follow the steps below:

  • To delete your account, you can contact us here and submit a request to delete your account.

  • Alternatively, you can send us an email at “[email protected]” with a request to delete your account. 

Unpublishing and Deleting Recipes

If you want to delete specific recipes instead of your entire account, refer to our Unpublishing and Deleting Your Recipes guide for detailed steps.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Reactivating a Deleted Account

If you wish to reactivate a deleted account, you will need to create a new account. Please note that content from a deleted account, including recipes saved or previously uploaded, cannot be recovered.
